After a horrible experience at my local Acura dealer, I traveled to Annapolis, approximately 25 miles away to meet with David Robbins and Alan Hannon from Criswell. They were well informed about the TL I was test driving and well versed with the impressive technology that comes with the car. We never even talked price until I brought it up! They made the price so agreeable that I upgraded instead to the TL Super Handling with the better engine and drivetrain. Alan and Dave also found me $2,500 back in Acura factory cash and Dawn found another $1,000 back in an Acura loyalty bonus. Needless to say, I am very appreciative. The trip to Criswell Acura was very pleasant. We were there first on Saturday evening just looking and met Mustafa. He was very helpful and informative without being over zealous. This time we looked at a couple of different cars and came to a decision and Mustafa was very patient with me and helpful. This was a tough decision because I was giving up a dream car but really wanted a bigger and safer car and we settled on the TL. I am very happy with the car and the buying process was very easy and not stressful at all. Dawn continued the experience with a very smooth finance side of the deal. More

I don't have enough superlatives to describe the way Angela and Lamont treated us when we walked in the door. Not overly aggressive or pushy, Angela was full of all the right answers to our questions, a Angela and Lamont treated us when we walked in the door. On our second visit, Angela and Lamont worked very well together quickly to work out a deal for us that we all could live with that didn't "break anybody's bank". After spending a great deal of time going over the vehicle features and clearly defining price options the decision was clear. In additon, several staff members were most accomodating to my two girls as they waited patiently during the purchase process. It is evident Alan and his team understand that customer service is crucial by making the process pleasant and giving us personailzed attention on all levels. The recent purchase of a TSX was our first time buying a car from Criswell Acura. Mike Mohr, Dawn Harper and Angela Appadoo handled our car buying process with professionalism and courtesy and were attentive and responsive. After my husband and I left with our new TSX we both agreed that this was the best car buying exp. we ever had.
