SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! PERIOD! DAVID DODGE IS THE BEST I had to bring in my youngest daughter's Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition for a clutch module issue. When I called for an appointment I had to bring in my youngest daughter's Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition for a clutch module issue. When I called for an appointment, I was told to bring the car anytime I wanted before 9:00 PM. I was also informed that I would be provided a loaner car for the time required to repair the vehicle. Jan McGill from finance had recommended that I take out the extended warranty when I purchased the car, and she was spot on. The repair of the Jeep cost me nothing, with the exception of my $100.00 deductible. The bill with labor would have close to $1,500.00, so the warranty has paid for itself already . Thanks for the great advice Jan, you really provided me with valuable insight. The vehicle was received by Tyler Barlow in Service, and he was helpful, pleasant to deal with and assured me that my daughter's Jeep would be repaired within a few days. He could not have been more professional, and followed up on the status of my vehicle every day until completion. He also gave me a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as a loaner car until the repairs to my Jeep were completed. What more could I ask for? The woman working the service counter were also very sweet, and obliging, and should be recognized for their efforts (the Service Department close a half hour after I arrived), so they had already been through a long work day, yet they were cheerful and helpful. Most of all I have to give kudos to one of the best (if not the best) mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, the one and only Jared Manny. I am not embellishing when I say that Jared is something special. His knowledge regarding cars and trucks is mind blowing, and he contacted me via my cell phone to apprise me of the developments regarding my daughter's Jeep. He had the problem diagnosed, and had ordered the replacement parts within the first hour of working on the vehicle! Impressive? I sure think so. The vehicle was washed and received in pristine condition. I can't express my gratitude enough for the exemplary work performed by Jared and the David Dodge staff. Of course, nothing could run this smoothly without having great managers and upper level management. My friend Jim Adkins (General Manager) made sure everything was expedited and performed correctly, and the Service Director Dawn Hopson is quite the professional. This type of service might surprise others, and perhaps never had such a pleasant experience when you vehicle needs repair, but at David Dodge it is the norm. I attribute one of the main reasons of the great environment to the dealership owner David Kelleher. He believes in making his customers happy and treating them with respect and fairness. I'll drive the almost 2 hour trip any day for the way I'm treated at David Dodge, and I have a dealership 10 minutes from my residence. Enough said! If you want the best in a car buying experience, or are in need of tremendous service, go to David Dodge. You will NEVER regret your decision. More

THE BEST , HANDS DOWN, THE BEST!!! There is a mechanic by the name of Jared Manny that works in the Service Department at David Dodge that is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, per There is a mechanic by the name of Jared Manny that works in the Service Department at David Dodge that is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, personable mechanic I have ever met. I honestly believe that his passion for his work is innate, and that he gives 100% to each and every assignment he is given. That's why I travel nearly 2 hours to get my service done at David Dodge rather than a dealership 7 miles from my residence. While I was there I spoke with Jim Atkins, the dealership's manager. I have purchased numerous vehicles from David Dodge, and send all my friends there too, because of the friendly environment and great prices. From the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave, you are treated with respect by each and every employee. Mr. Atkins was very busy and was a bit under the weather, but regardless, he assisted me and went above and beyond to make me happy. He's a great guy, and I suggest if you go to the dealership, introduce yourself to him. My salesperson of choice is Brian Francis, and he can answer ANY question regarding their extensive product line. Jason Finlay who oversees used vehicles, was also a tremendous help yesterday. Yes, I am going to buy yet another vehicle from David Dodge! Their inventory of certified, use and new cars is outstanding. Dawn Hopson and Andrew McCafferty were also consulted, and are both a pleasure to deal with regarding service appointments and providing solid answers. PLEASE do yourself a favor, and shop around if you like, but before committing to a contract, go to David Dodge. You will not be disappointed.. More

The BEST dealer in the Tri-State area!!! Needed to bring in my 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn for an oil change and some recalls. The truck is an absolute gem, and anyone considering buying a truck, do yourself a favor and look no further than this 2019 Motor Trend Truck of the Year. The Service Department at David Dodge truly is outstanding and second to none. My truck needed a part, and I was given a beautiful loaner car to take home. When the work is completed, a service employee is going to drive my truck to my residence and pick up the loaner car! You will not find any other dealership that is willing to do this for a customer. David Dodge has the greatest employees, and I have purchased many cars from them, and many of my friends have purchased vehicles as well. I travel close to 2 hours to get to Glen Mills, PA, but the ride is worth it. Their staff has always treated me like family, respectfully, honestly and with the utmost integrity. When you leave the dealership, you will know you made the right decision. As always, I stop in to see the Director of Sales Jim Atkins. He is a great guy and ANYTHING that needs to be done for the reason you're there is accomplished without any hassle. He is knowledgeable, results oriented and above all, just a wonderful human being. The mechanic I usually request is Jared Manny. He knows more about cars and truck repair and maintenance than anyone I have ever met. He is as thorough as possible and explains every single thing that was done to the car. The scale allows for 5 Stars, but Jared exceeds even a perfect rating. I had a chance to meet the "new" Service Manger Dawn Matthews, and it was like I had known her my entire life. She presented me with her business card and even put her cell phone number on it, in the event I needed to speak directly with her. She was as polite and nice as possible. My loaner car was given to me by Brian Francis, and he explained everything about the vehicle prior to taking it from the dealership. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Alyssa Pyle. I dealt with Alyssa when I purchased my first Jeep from David Dodge over 5 years ago. She knew I had a major surgery since I saw her last, and came over to me to see how I was feeling and genuinely cared about my welfare. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN MY FAMILY HAS A CAR PURCHASED FROM DAVID DODGE. Several Jeeps, a car, my truck. Why do I drive nearly 2 hours to buy vehicles and bring them there for service instead of locally? The answer is simple, David Dodge is the best! Hands down the most honest, best priced, customer-friendly dealership on the planet. I would not even consider going anywhere else. Go ahead, do your own due diligence. Check out other dealerships, get prices or anything else you want to know. BUT before you commit or buy your next Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM, go to David Dodge. You will never regret your decision. Grand Cherokee Jeep Issue So I wanted to update on our used vehicle purchase with David Dodge, so after going back and forth for a few weeks, a decision was made to allow us to So I wanted to update on our used vehicle purchase with David Dodge, so after going back and forth for a few weeks, a decision was made to allow us to trade our vehicle in that we just purchased, since there have been issues with it since we got it. So we pick another used Jeep Grand Cherokee , have it for a few days, no real issues, go to dealership to make the deal, and now we are stuck with either finding another vehicle (as we don't like others on lot) because this Jeep is a little bit more expensive then the one we originally purchased. Now I feel after all we have been thru, them having my other Jeep for over a month now,replacing system twice, paying on a vehicle we don't have since April, they can budge a little bit more on the price of the vehicle. We didn't go above and beyond the price of the original purchase in my mind, So I told them where we need to be, and they come back extending our loan from 66 months to 77 months... NOW how does that sound to you?? Does it sound like they are doing what they can to make a customer happy?? I don't think it is?? IT doesn't benefit us at all after all the trouble we have been thru.. They aren't coming down on price and or saying Listen we are sorry for what you have gone thru, We realize your time and patience is important to us and we value you as a customer, They are still trying to make a dime, after we lost time and money(monthly payments) buying this other vehicle... SO we ended with we want to talk to David, he is out for 2 weeks, so we will wait, if they can't make this deal on the new Jeep, then I feel that I want to get my check for the trade in on our old vehicle and the money back we paid so far on Jeep we never used since April, and take my business elsewhere, which I really don't want to do , however I feel I have no choice. ... 20 plus years with my family buying cars from Davids.. and this is the thanks we get!!!!! More

DAWN + ED = RUBICON! I brought my Wrangler Sahara here for service and was happy with the service dept. When it came time to buy a new Jeep I couldn’t imagine going anywh I brought my Wrangler Sahara here for service and was happy with the service dept. When it came time to buy a new Jeep I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Dawn stepped in to facilitate my purchase. She got to know me and suggested options that would fit my needs and ordered the Rubicon for me. I was given a new Jeep Wrangler to use while I was waiting for the order. Dawn left no stone unturned in making my experience a pleasant one. More
