Above and beyond customer service When I walked in to David Dodge I was only looking for information, and I told Sharif Mosley (sales) that I wasn't looking to purchase until after sum When I walked in to David Dodge I was only looking for information, and I told Sharif Mosley (sales) that I wasn't looking to purchase until after summer. Sharif was very friendly, personable, and outgoing. He took the time to research the information I asked for, even though he knew I wasn't planning to purchase at that time. The conversation soon took a positive turn to a vehicle for my wife, and he and Dawn Matthews worked together and presented me with a deal on a 2019 Grand Cherokee that was too good to pass up. They absolutely went well above and beyond any expectations I had. This dealership is a 46 mile drive (1 hr) from my house and it was well worth the trip. Although there are many dealerships that are closer to where I live, I don't believe any of them can match the level of customer service I found at David Dodge, and I will be buying from them again (this time for me) in the very near future. Thanks again Sharif and Dawn, and I look forward to doing business with you again after the summer. More

Unbelievable I have never had a good experience at David, since my 2009 Journey was new Luckily it came with a lifetime power train warranty. I had an issue with I have never had a good experience at David, since my 2009 Journey was new Luckily it came with a lifetime power train warranty. I had an issue with the timing belt/chain. I don’t know which, or the difference! All I know is, we had to fight with them for over a week to get them to even agree that I had the warranty. Then they told Me the repairs were not covered, when my meticulously highlighted(by the Salesman) warranty book said it was. Really long story short, they finally agreed the repair should be covered, but the car left the shop with no fluid in the engine, hence it over heated & I had to have it towed, at my expensive. There was also a Loose bolt , which we told them was loose, when we went back after the overheating, said they fixed it & now it is no longer in the car. Will never ever purchase a car from them again. Will still have to use them for warranty work but nothing else. More
