Family of Angels Sent from Heaven I would give them an "infinity of excellence" rating if they offered the choice above just 5 star meaning "excellent". We have not only bought new Jeeps here, but have them all serviced here and when accidents have occurred like the time my jeep was mangled due to hitting a deer - they took great care of me from beginning to end. Their body shop rebuilt my jeep as though she were brand new, matching her color from 2012 (that had been discontinued) to the tee!. She came out looking like a brand new car off the lot. I would like to mention the entire staff, but a few recent names I will highlight today are: Service Men David Zarzyoki, Andrew McCafferty, Shann Thomas, Big Bosses' Mom, another gentlemen, Kenny, receptionists' Doreen & Alyssa. As you read this review, Big Boss of David Dodge Chrysler Jeep, please go to your very own service computer to the "Burtch, Steven and Kathryn File to also recognize each and every employee who has ever helped us with service there over the many years we've been there. David Dodge Chrysler Jeep has treated us like "royalty" like "family". Never once has there been a rude, employee over the many long years we've dealt with them. They provide service with a smile, even to the nasty customers, (I've taken note), they are most pleasant, efficient, their estimate of timing for the work to be done has always been on time. If it hasn't, the odd time it is due to unforeseen extra problems that they see once they begin their work and they will always notify you of any change in estimate or timing before the go ahead and continue the work. Bad Customer Service - we won't be back We purchased a car a year ago from this dealer and came back for another Jeep. We negotiated in person and over the phone until the manager, Dawn told us that "we can make it work" and we set up an appointment. When we arrived at our appointment, Dawn was not there and after an hour of negotiating we were told by the salesman, "we would have made the deal with you but we sold the car two days ago". We asked if they would look for a similar car for us and they said, "we'll call around tomorrow". We left the dealership and bought the same car that night from Jeff D'Ambrosio, who had great customer service! I will never go back to David Dodge and not recommend it to anyone. More

Quick, efficient, pleasant to deal with I was looking for a RAM for towing and wanted certain specs and options on the truck. Alyssa, Dawn, and Nic made sure they had the truck I wanted (vi I was looking for a RAM for towing and wanted certain specs and options on the truck. Alyssa, Dawn, and Nic made sure they had the truck I wanted (via email and phone) before I even drove to the dealership. Saved me a ton of time. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. I'll be back if I ever need a new truck. The place should look awesome once they complete their showroom remodeling, too. More

Not a happy customer I purchased a Jeep Wrangler band new in 2011, drove it off the lot with 35 miles on it, needless to say I just had to trade it in and buy a new car! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler band new in 2011, drove it off the lot with 35 miles on it, needless to say I just had to trade it in and buy a new car!!!! It started about a year ago when my wrangler was making a weird sound, so I took my car in for service and I was told they didn't know what the noise was that they were going to have to call in a specialist to figure it out. 20 days later I get my car back and they are telling me everything is fine and the noise is fixed, Oh did I mention that they wanted me to take the car home before they knew what the problem was and told me to drive it, that it would be OK, REALLY!!!!! I have kids and I am not going to put them in a car with a mystery noise under the engine, after all at that point my car was only 2 years old! My jeep was running OK for a couple of months and then started making another sound under the hood, so I take it back again 3 times later in August I finally take my lemon back for the final time and freak out. I was told by Dawn not to worry they will take good care of me, since my car has had so many issues (as she made a face once she saw the mechanics report) I swore to myself that I would never purchase anything from David Dodge again, But since I really thought they were so sincere I thought I would trust them, and just chalked it up to that my last car was just a Lemon, and it was not their faught. Considering evyone I spoke to told me not to go there, they make promises they don't keep. Needless to say I Purchased a 2015 Jeep Laredo which is beautiful, however it did not have a back up camera in the car, I asked Dawn if I could get one put in considering all the problems I had there, thinking it was not much to ask, since I did pay for the new car, with not much of a discount I was told that I would have to pay half, Really !!!!!! She said she would get back to me and see what she could do, and I have yet to hear back from her or Dennis my salesman who said he thought I deserved it as well considering all my problems, well it is November 21st and I purchased my car the 1st week in October and still have heard nothing, even after sending 3 emails, I did receive one phone call, and after that NOTHING!!!!!! So I should have listened to what others were saying!!!!! Go to a dealership that really cares, I know I will never buy anything there again!!! More

Without question, it was one of the best transactions we have made for a new vehicle. The pricing was spot-on, the value for our trade was more than fair, and the customer service and attention were outstanding. We owe everyone at Team David a huge thank you!! Dawn Hopson did an amazing job of finding the exact Rubicon that my wife wanted at a dealership in Virginia and successfully made the dealer trade (at the height of Jeep Wrangler buying season when other dealerships don't want to trade). The delivery process with Ed was one of the best we have had and we can’t say how much we appreciate the accommodation for us and Jersey (our black lab). The personal touches were first class. As a surprise for my wife, Alyssa made an awesome poster and had it in the windshield of the jeep - something that she won’t forget. The financing and transaction paperwork was incredibly smooth and there was no evidence of "hard-sell" on warranties and protection plans. The entire team was friendly and worked efficiently throughout the entire transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend the entire staff at David. More
