We didn't buy our vehicles from them, but they treat us like we did. Our Dodge has given us nothing but problems, and when the other dealers wouldn't work with us, Jones made us feel like they actually ca like we did. Our Dodge has given us nothing but problems, and when the other dealers wouldn't work with us, Jones made us feel like they actually cared. Aside from a rubber pad which keeps falling off, they've taken care of everything else. They offer a loaner vehicle when the repair is going to take more than a day. They offer freebies sometimes, too. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I have a Nissan also, and Jones has a Nissan service department as well. I have nothing but good things to say about their Nissan department, too. More

I live in Tysons Corner 60 miles away (girlfriend lives in Fallston) but would come back to Jones for all of my Jeep needs solely because of Dawn Mitzel. She kept me up to date during the week, was unbeli in Fallston) but would come back to Jones for all of my Jeep needs solely because of Dawn Mitzel. She kept me up to date during the week, was unbelievably helpful and informative before and during the service and again upon paying. The bill was confusing but Dawn made everything clear. The "auto butler" did an incredible job of detailing the outside of my jeep. More

Dawn has been my Service Writer for a while now. She is always a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate the ease of scheduling appointments and the fact that I am always out in a timely manner. ANDREW McFALL: "ABOLUTELY AWESOME". ANDREW WAS POLITE, PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AUTOMOBILE WE WERE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING ON THE CAR WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION. POLITE, PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AUTOMOBILE WE WERE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING ON THE CAR WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN A SALESMAN GO INTO THE SHOP TO HELP GET READY OUR VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY. Dawn Mitzel has been my service advisor for my Chrysler since she came to Jones years ago. She is the very BEST! She has outstanding knowledge of my vehicle, keen problem analysis and sound advice, b since she came to Jones years ago. She is the very BEST! I have been frequenting this Dealership since 2007 and have purchased three (3) cars here in that time. Dawn is my Service Advisor in the Dodge building and is always a pleasure to work with. Reason for Visit: I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram into Reason for Visit: I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram into Jones for 60K service on March 2. 60K service includes oil change, change transmission fluid, ch Reason for Visit: I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram into Jones for 60K service on March 2. 60K service includes oil change, change transmission fluid, change front & rear differential fluid, change transfer case fluid, replace pugs and plug wires, drain, flush and fill coolant system, and change power steering fluid. Dawn’s performance: Dawn Mitzel reviewed my service history with me in person when I dropped off the vehicle recommending necessary services and advising what was optional. Even though the power steering service is part of the 60K service, she found in my service history that this was completed 3 months ago when I had a boot cover replaced. This saved me over $100! She than scheduled a loaner vehicle for me to use while my truck was serviced so I was not without a vehicle. Later that day, I received a phone call from Dawn to update me on the progress and review additional items recommended by the technician. She informed me my front breaks were in need of replacement but and the rear brakes are also worn but would be safe if I wanted to wait until the next oil change. I opted to have both axles done and hold off on the plug and wire replacement until the oil change. Dawn and the rest of the Jones Chrysler team constantly exceed my expectations for service. I have never been treated with such respect by another car dealership. They understand what cars mean to people and do their best to make service enjoyable, not a chore. The facility: Jones Chrysler is a clean facility and offers complimentary hot dogs with an excellent selection of condiments, free pop-corn, and spacious seating area with Wi-Fi access if you are waiting (did not use this time but I have in the past) Service Review: All service was performed as requested and my truck continues to be road worthy. Final Comments: Even though I did not purchase my vehicle at Jones, I will continue to have it serviced here. I needed a Maryland State Inspection on my Pontiac Grand AM GT and serviced for brakes and an oil change. I called Jones one Saturday morning, spoke to Dawn Mitzel, and informed her of what I needed done. AM GT and serviced for brakes and an oil change. I called Jones one Saturday morning, spoke to Dawn Mitzel, and informed her of what I needed done. Dawn was very helpful. She told me to come on in and they would get things done that day! Upon my arrival, Dawn got my vehicle right in to begin the work; no waiting. I left for lunch and when I returned,the car was done. Jones Service Department has us as a customer for life, and Dawn Mitzel is the BEST! She was very professional,pleasant and respectful of my time. I would recommend my friends and family to Dawn at Jones for servicing their vehicles. More
