Mike was kind and compassionate delivering the news my car needed very expensive repairs. I came in with AC not working which has been an issue since I purchased the car. I was taken aback at spending $65 car needed very expensive repairs. I came in with AC not working which has been an issue since I purchased the car. I was taken aback at spending $650 only to find out the car needed over $5,000 in repairs. Mike offered me some solutions as this is an impossible amount for me to pay. I still am paying off the car and it’s only got 77k miles on it so it was shocking news. More
