I stopped in at Mark Kia to, simply, get a recall taken care of and left buying a new vehicle. When DeMarko approached me while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I thought “Oh, here we go!” But much t care of and left buying a new vehicle. When DeMarko approached me while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I thought “Oh, here we go!” But much to my surprise DeMarko was kind, knowledgeable and very respectful. I had been in the dealership in September to investigate trading in my vehicle but the deal was simply not good enough. They say good things come to those who wait and it could not be more true for me. There was a significant difference in what I was being offered now versus then and I simply could not pass it up.
