If I could give a zero rating, then I would. I bought a car online then I was repeatedly told that I didn't to justify for them to take my money and try to sell the vehicle to another person. If you’re looking for a pre-owned vehicle I recommend checking out EchoPark. Understand that their model is about service. They set a price, offer optional warranty coverages in a Zero Pressure atmosphere. My 5 star rating isn’t because my experience was free of any issues. All purchase experiences can have problems. However, it’s how management reacts to problems that sets companies apart. In my experience EchoPark is concerned about their customers and will work with you to try to satisfy your concerns. I’ll look to EchoPark for my next vehicle purchase. More

As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell this was the right place to purchase a new Vehicle. The Sales people made sure that I found exactly what I wanted and needed.
