If I could give a zero rating, then I would. I bought a car online then I was repeatedly told that I didn't to justify for them to take my money and try to sell the vehicle to another person. If you’re looking for a pre-owned vehicle I recommend checking out EchoPark. Understand that their model is about service. However, it’s how management reacts to problems that sets companies apart. In my experience EchoPark is concerned about their customers and will work with you to try to satisfy your concerns. I’ll look to EchoPark for my next vehicle purchase. More

Bryan (finance manager) was straightforward and helped me make a great choice on my package deal. My salesman (Kendrick) was funny and assisted me from beginning to end. I also liked the manager Peter; he was kind enough to take me on a test drive and answered ALL my questions about the vehicle. I would buy another vehicle from ECHOPARK in a heartbeat. I am recommending everyone to them. More
