Wesley Chapel Honda - Easy to do business with! This was my first experience doing business with Wesley Chapel Honda, and it was a positive one from start to finish. Devaughn Johnson in the Service department worked on an estimate on the repair work on my Acura while I began test driving new cards with Kevin Campbell in Sales. Kevin asked great questions to ascertain my preferences in features so he could select the right cars for me to drive/evaluate. We talked about lease vs. buy, and Kevin provided me with the information I needed to make an informed choice. He also worked to get the monthly payment to an acceptable level without hassle and numerous back/forth negotiations. I would recommend Kevin to others who are looking to buy or lease a new vehicle. Travis Campbell in the Finance Department made the paperwork process efficient and expedient. They all contributed to making Wesley Chapel Honda a place easy to do business with. More

Helpful I Came in for a routine oil change and inspection. I explained I lost 2 tire valve caps. DeVaughn immediately pulled out 2 caps from his drawer and ha I Came in for a routine oil change and inspection. I explained I lost 2 tire valve caps. Service on car I came in for an oil change at about 2:00 pm and although it was a busy Friday afternoon. When I expressed to DeVaughn Johnson, that I had to be somew I came in for an oil change at about 2:00 pm and although it was a busy Friday afternoon. When I expressed to DeVaughn Johnson, that I had to be somewhere by 3:00 pm and he assured me that he could have my oil change done and have me out in time. By 2:40 pm he came to me with my keys and with a smile said I was done. It was great service on his part because I know I could have been waiting longer than that especially on a busy afternoon. More
