Also I have emails David a few times now with no response— since I paid for the door guards it’s only fair that we get them. I am going to complain to my bank of the ridiculous charges this dealer charges. Not happy also we dealt with a man named Joe wow what a grump. At this point I will not be returning to that dealer and would like my $695 back — I gave David 4 stars but it should be 2 or 3 because of his lack of follow up. Also they didn’t even give me any information on the window insurance— bad bad bad not satisfied and will not recommend

4 days now that I have been trying to get in contact with Talia I even email her and had no responds. She’s the one that “helped” me with the finance of the GMC sierra I got on November 15, there is some prices she didn’t go over with me that I just got in the mail. And Joseph is no help he told us towards the end of everything that he berly had a month working there that’s why he didn’t know how to answer my question.

It was painful dealing with them but was finally able to get the car at a fair price by finding another one at another dealer and threatening to walk. So unpleasant and unnecessary. Stefano the salesperson was okay. While we were picking up the car heard Bill the salesman fighting with a guy at another table, which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back.
