While buying a vehicle everything was fine. While testing everything I noticed the front right headlight was broken and I was promised that they would fix it at a later date for free. So for days I texted asking and was lied to each and every day. First it was that the tech did not work specific days, and that they had a family emergency and weren't there. Then eventually they stopped replying to me altogether. Very unprofessional and rude. Also, while finalizing my purchase, I was offered additional car insurance/warranty. When I said no, he kept bugging me about it for 5 minutes. He then lowered the price of it and made it seem like it was an amazing deal he was giving me, so I caved in and said yes. Then upon further review of this warranty, I realized I had been lied to AGAIN. He said that I could take it in any time I had problems and it would be free, but it is NOT free. It has a $200 deductible any time I use it, which is insane. Needless to say I got a refund from the insurance it was from. But due to the fact I was lied to, the $2000 i paid for the insurance as part of the down payment is now gone and goes toward my loan instead of in my pocket. This place is full of unprofessional, disgusting liars. I would not recommend it to anyone. Please save yourself the time and money. More

From the beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us. He was transparent, willing to discuss pricing, and never made us feel pressured. At one point, the process stalled when we were working with Giovanni Yanez, who unfortunately wasn’t very willing to work with us or move the deal forward. We were honestly preparing to leave. Joseph followed us outside, took the time to talk with us, listened to our concerns, and really went to bat for us to help get the deal done. That level of customer service is something we genuinely appreciated. Once Jesus Gomez stepped in, everything got back on track. He was professional, responsive, and made sure our concerns were addressed. He stayed on top of every item listed on our due bill and was committed to making sure we were satisfied even after the purchase. That gave us confidence that the dealership would stand behind what was promised. Joseph and Jesus turned what could have been a lost sale into a great buying experience. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Joseph Flores and Jesus Gomez. More
