I cannot say enough about this dealership and the service department. Over the years, many have a hard time dealing with any car dealership. The haggling, the "promises", the sleepless night knowing it will department. Over the years, many have a hard time dealing with any car dealership. The haggling, the "promises", the sleepless night knowing it will not be an exciting experience. Here is what I can say for this dealership, service department, and the people that work there. They do not make it difficult to conversate about prices, and do not pressure you. They DO keep their promises with service. They are very trustworthy and will take a customers concerns into account and answer every question. This dealership and Hyundai vehicles are the reason this is my second one over the last 8 years. More

After routine service of the Tucson including oil change I noticed oil spots on the garage floor, took the car back next day, service person said that there was no active oil leak only oil residue left from I noticed oil spots on the garage floor, took the car back next day, service person said that there was no active oil leak only oil residue left from the oil change, this is sloppy workmanship! This cost me an unnecessary 50 mile round trip as well @ 2-3 hours lost time! More
