I received a statement by e-mail stating what services were provided on September 4th which included a complimentary oil change , tire rotation and various other inspections and services. They did change the oil for which I paid $59 and change. I was not contacted by any service personnel while I waited in the service waiting area about ANY other things , yet the form was marked that I declined everything but the oil change.I have bought Five vehicles at this dealership but I promise you that that number will not change either by me , or my daughter in the future. You can check the names on the forms. I don't recall anyone telling me their name. The only two people I spoke to were the man who took My key and the lady I paid when I left.No one else spoke to me. More

Dean Bock is the Consummate Professional! l Since I came for my 1st Service on my Santa Cruz, Dean Bock has made sure I got immediate attention in the service department and he always listen to me & my issues. He is the perfect Service Tech and a model for all the other dealerships in town and the wiregrass. Dean and his team always explains what they did (or didn't do) during services. I came in for a tire leak and they treated me as if I was coming in for a $2000.00 Engine service. He's also patient enough with me to show me how the new tracking and paperless receipt system work on my mobile phone. The great part is the entire service department is like that! I know if he is looking after my car, it will be done right with exactly what I need to stay on the road, not in Service Depts. I trust what he tells me and that makes me trust Mitchell Hyundai! Like I said, NEVER been disappointed at Mitchell Hyundai! More
