WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING!! Worse dealership I have ever been too, WATCH OUT for salesman GARY he will SCAM you and tell you what you want to hear just to get you to the dealer Worse dealership I have ever been too, WATCH OUT for salesman GARY he will SCAM you and tell you what you want to hear just to get you to the dealership. Gary explained on the phone that they are willing to negotiate numbers within my price range on the phone as well as working in the rebates to help pricing. When I arrived to the dealership I stood in front of the receptionists desk with 3 employees just ignoring me for 5 minutes. It took for me to stare at them to even acknowledge me. Car salesman “KEITH” approached me and asked if I needed help at that time I asked for Gary. Keith immediately said, “I’m not going to waste my time or my managers time” with negotiating and that GARY was too busy to talk to me. Keith then brought over Sales Manager “LEE” where I explained what his associate Gary said to me. All he could say is he was never informed about my conversation with Gary and he will not negotiate within my range. Very WASTED TIME and 2 hour drive from New Jersey for not even a greeting or counter offer!! More
