Dear Micheal Alteri, Let me start by saying it is extremely important to me and my team that customers have the best experiences at Car Vision. Even when a situation isn't our fault, we should do everything in our power to ensure a great customer experience. I have gone over your situation with my team. I spoke to the Joe our salesperson and the management team. As you said in your review, we never indicated the truck was 4x4. All of the paper work and advertising says 2wd. There are no 4x4 signs, switches or levers in or on the truck. You indicated in your review that you brought the truck back to us a week later, but it was actually 2 weeks later. Brad told me he sat with your wife and explained that we couldn't take the truck back at the same price you paid, but he would trade you out of the truck for about a $2000 difference. You had the use of the truck for you landscaping business for 2 weeks. We also had additional costs of tax and tags. In addition you traded a 03 Dodge truck that we had already spent money reconditioning. We couldn't just take the vehicle back and give you your old truck back at no cost. I just wanted to point out I did not deal with you personally as you also indicated in your review.

There is absolutely no excuse for the experience you described. I started Car Vision 19 years ago with just a few cars. From the beginning I always treated people the same way I wanted to be treated. Dean SHernandez, I am Dean Cafiero, the owner of Car Vision. I started Car Vision 18 years ago with just a couple of cars. From the beginning I have run a dealership with the utmost integrity. Based on your screen name I do not know your name to attempt to contact you. I kindly request that you contact me at the dealership. For the record, every contract at Car Vision clearly has the interest rate, monthly payments, and length or payments. I also do not know the situation you are describing with your tags, but in most cases we would recommend a new tag with registration dates that coincide with the state inspection date. The cost of a new tag is nominal.
