Misleading and poor customer communication Needed a 4x4 truck for my plow and trailer. Thought I found it at Carvision. I was explaining to salesman how excited I was to find a nice truck for m Needed a 4x4 truck for my plow and trailer. Thought I found it at Carvision. I was explaining to salesman how excited I was to find a nice truck for my landscaping and plow business at Carvision .I had a plow and trailer hitch installed on the truck the same week, and then realized it wasn't 4 wheel drive!!! .Wow no wonder why a 2013 Silverado HD had had been sitting there for 7 months ! When I realized my mistake and tried to get out of the deal a week later the greedy Carvision manager offered nothing ! They could of pointed out to the truck wasn't 4WD. I did trade it elseware before even making a payment and lost approximently $6,000 !!! Nice of Carvision ! No compassion , should of listened to all my friends and not bought any vehicle from Carvision because they buy all cars from auctions and most have mechanical problems but they don't care a bought their customers or community as long as they make a dishonest buck !!! More

Not a good experience So I was interested in a car from this dealer...I sent an e-mail and I get a response from David Howes- Internet sales manager who asked me to call hi So I was interested in a car from this dealer...I sent an e-mail and I get a response from David Howes- Internet sales manager who asked me to call him to set up an appointment...so I call and talk to David and I tell him I'll be in on Saturday at 9AM...he said he'll be waiting for me and he will have the car in the front ready for me to look at...so I take the 1 hour drive and I arrive around 9 AM as promised...the car was not in the front and I walk in the dealership just to find it deserted...the only person available is the service lady who said everybody is in a meeting but it should not take long...she also mentions that they do not usually start until 10AM?...so I sit and wait...30 minutes later I see a guy in a suit and I go into his office...I tell him I'm looking for David and that I've been waiting 30 minutes already...he goes and pulls David out of the meeting...so I ask David why he did not tell me he had a meeting and where is the car...he gives me a story about not knowing about the meeting and that this is the first time this ever happened...right...he also said he will get somebody to help me...so a sales associate comes over and mentions that they have a meeting every Saturday...so I finally get to look at the car...there are dents and scratches on both sides of the car, the trunk seal is damaged,,,there is dirt on the A pillar on the inside, both rear tires are worn out and one tire has a small slash in in...all this in a 3 years old car for 11K...thank you but me and my money will go somewhere else. PS...I'm curios to see if this review will get approved because cars.com does not approve any bad reviews for dealers that advertise on their website. Update...after my review both Brad Marks general manager of Carvision and Dean Cafiero the owner of Carvision contacted me...they both apologized for the way I was treated at the dealership and also offered me a gift card which I did not take...so give them credit for trying... More

Sells Recked Damaged Cars I purchased an SUV from VarVision, not to mention that process had hike up the interest rate. They pretend to be on the computer finding lowest rate w I purchased an SUV from VarVision, not to mention that process had hike up the interest rate. They pretend to be on the computer finding lowest rate when indeed there looking for the best rate to give them the biggest kick back. I delt with the interest hike because I really wanted the SUV. So I purchased the SUV and 6 days later the service engine light came on. Went out of my way to bring vehicle in and was told something concerning the cooling system. They fixed it. The next morning the Service Engine light came on again, I went out of my way once again to bring the car in and was to the TRANSMISSION was dead and that it had to be replaced. I wanted to give the car back and have no further dealings with those crooks. They told me they could only switch the SUV out for something else out on their lot. Not realizing that I had already called the loan provider "the bank" and let them know that I had been sold a lemon. They immediately made a stop payment on the dealership " CarVision" check and told me to return the SUV right away. When I returned the owner told me that I could not return the SUV because they were going to fix the TRANSMISSION and became quit rude and aggressively overbearing. Not until I informed him that I had already spoken with the bank, did the owner release me from the deal and handed me the keys to my trade in. Worst car buying experience for sure... More
