Dean was so great to work with!!! I had a very good idea of what I wanted prior to meeting with Dean. I had a very detailed list of "wants" and "needs," he totally delivered exactly what I wanted!!! Even though he didn't have that exact model on the lot, he was able to get it for me within a matter of days! He was a very low pressure and super friendly salesman which is SOOOO hard to find! It was nice to be treated so well and share a few laughs with the staff while waiting to sign papers. Everything about Dean and the guys at Joe Machens were great...I will definately purchase my next vehicle at this dealership! I was VERY happy with my experience! More

Working with Dean Hovis was a very pleasant experience. Just going trough a divorce and having to give up my truck, Dean was thoughtful and made the experience as painless as possible. I was looking for a used m series BMW , I worked with dean and he said that they did not have one in stock. But if one came in that he would give me a phone call.. yea right, how many times have I heard dean and he said that they did not have one in stock. Several weeks past, sure enough I receive a call from dean and the dealership had just traded for m5 bmw .. without having to askhe sent me pictures. I though he had forgotten about me. How refreshing it was to learn that someone these days will keep there word. Dean did not know at the time but I would have paid the asking price. That said, he gave me a fair discount. What surprised me the most is his vast knowledge about the 2006 BMW, being that he work at Toyota store.
