I am new to this town and I just arrived at October. Luckily, I got Dean's help to pick up a fantastic car. To be honest, I do really like my car and the ice cream at Dean's office. I have searched a lot about second-hand car and I believe the most important thing for buyers is the autenticity of information. And I think Dean and Joe Machens Toyota Scion have done a great job. I would like to recommend Dean and Joe Machens Toyota Scion to my friends who also want to buy a car here. More

I was impressed in the great service area.we meet the service supervisor and was well pleased in his personal way he greeted us. I would recommend you talk to Dean Hovis if you are going to trade cars he has a great personality that makes you confortable to be around. this is our second prius we like the great gas milage. I had special requirements though. I wanted something that sat up high enough that my 87 year young mother didn't feel like she was 'falling' into. Cars just sit low and she was having a hard time getting in and out of my car. Dean Hovis knew I wasn't ready to buy anything then but he took the time to show me the RAV4. Dean told me all about the safety features too. About 4 weeks later I was back visiting Dean and this time I brought my mother. Dean was right, the RAV4 was a perfect fit! Mom gets in and out of the vehicle with ease. She really enjoys sitting up higher. And our experience at the dealership was awesome. Dean has the best since of humor ever. I asked for 'bells and whistles' and he made sure I got my 'bells and whistles', literally!! My first TOYOTA and I LOVE IT!! Thank you Dean Hovis, you are the best. Cindy More
