Don't expect ANY level of customer service after you've walked out of the dealership with your car. Weeks of trying, dropped calls, smooth talkers saying anything to get you off the phone, until you get a walked out of the dealership with your car. Weeks of trying, dropped calls, smooth talkers saying anything to get you off the phone, until you get a phone call with your "solution" 5 days later. And that's just the finance/management department. While you're in a process of buying your car, you can hear salesmen echoing through the halls joking about customers, bragging about tacking on services, and fees. Don't make the same mistake. Take your money elsewhere. More
