I brought in a $20 off coupon, the only reason I came for an oil change and they didnt take it off my service when I paid. Since my last oil change I got here a few years ago took 4+ hours while I waited in an oil change and they didnt take it off my service when I paid. Since my last oil change I got here a few years ago took 4+ hours while I waited in the dealership, I went elsewhere ever since. I was offered 2 free oil changes after the wait which they never honored when I went in the following time and paid. It was more about honoring your word than the money off. Tried giving it one last shot and this time they forgot my coupon. Won't be back unless I absolutely needed to. Lost my business over a few dollars and not honoring your word. More
