I've been selling Subaru's here in Janesville for 19 years. I have Subaru blood running through me. I consider myself to be very well educated as far as the Subaru brand goes. They call me the Subaru dictionary for a reason. I've been in Janesville since 1988, I have 4 grown kids, and I love helping people find their perfect vehicle!! Was looking to trade up our current Subaru, so we met with Deana, our salesperson for the last several years. She was patient enough to take us on two test drives of two different vehicles, since we cou with Deana, our salesperson for the last several years. After still being undecided, she was kind enough to give us some time to talk it over. When we made our decision, she got the car detailed and out the door we went with Subaru #5, all purchased from Deana. She is a great person to work with. Some home town store. I've purchased a Subarau Outback Touring new (2022), Subaru Crosstrek new (2024), and we were going to purchase new (2025) Outback Premium yesterday I've purchased a Subarau Outback Touring new (2022), Subaru Crosstrek new (2024), and we were going to purchase new (2025) Outback Premium yesterday 9/19/2025. However, when Janesville Subaru lost their focus by gossiping about me to my child, I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. I chose Brilliance Subaru in Elgin, where class, integrity, and professionalism are still priorities. I want to emphasize: do NOT mess with my kids, ever! They are young, eager professionals who are honest and just starting out; they may not recognize your tactics, but their mom will always advise them and help them see through deceptive business practices. Anyone who resorts to passive aggression to make a sale is not trustworthy. Congratulations on your new ride, Benjamin! Your money is just as good as anyone elses.
