I am generally happy with the service center. However, the last service that I got, they said they washed the car and performed a complete inspection. When I got the paperwork, they hadn't printed out the inspection, so I asked them to do so and they did. But it was obvious that they had not washed the car at all. I didn't need a car wash, but they shouldn't say they'll wash the car and then not do it. It makes you wonder what else they're lying about...
