Best experience ever buying a new car! Rewind to 2005, We purchased our first new Civic from Mohawk Honda. We had a great buying experience back then. We purchased two more new Hondas after the 2005. We had horrible dealer experiences. Not with the cars. The cars have always been great and that's what keeps us going back to Honda. But our experiences with other dealerships were so bad that Honda sent us a $1000 for our troubles. So when it came time to buy our current and our 4th civic, a 2021 Civic Sport Hatch, we called Deanna at Mohawk. They had exactly what we wanted On the lot. They offered the best price i could find. Everything was set up On the computer before we arrived to pick up our car. We were so confident in Mohawk, we took the 75 mile one way trip to pick up our car that Saturday. The busy dealership runs like a well oiled machine.The staff was Awesome. Deanna had everything ready for us. Roberto went over all the features of the car with us. Took all the time we needed to show us how to program everything and all the cars features. On a busy Saturday, the process went so smoothly. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in.
