What a great experience with surprising my daughter for her 18th birthday with a new ride. Do yourself a favor--ask for Deanna (Cowles) when you want to buy a new vehicle! She is absolutely superb!! She is--she is patient, knowledgeable, and on a mission to make sure you are happy, happy, ha want to buy a new vehicle! She is absolutely superb!! She is--she is patient, knowledgeable, and on a mission to make sure you are happy, happy, happy with your purchase. She even stayed late to make sure I was completely taken care of. Jake also took his time and thoroughly explained all of the functions and helped me set up my new vehicle. He never rushed through even though it was late at night, making sure to show me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The only hitch during the process was that my payment amount (before warranties) was slightly higher when I went in to sign the papers than what was told to me when we orally made the deal. Overall though, a good experience, and I love my new Pilot! Thank you. More
