The beginning was not so great when I started dealing with another salesman (I was about to switch to another dealer), but it all changed when I switched to Debbie. She was straight forward and honest w with another salesman (I was about to switch to another dealer), but it all changed when I switched to Debbie. She was straight forward and honest with me. She put me at ease that I could put my guard down. Israel, her manager, was also very friendly. The financial manager, however, could use some additional customer relations training. The service department, however, was the best and friendliest I ever dealt with. They not only corrected all the problems with the used car I was buying but also gave me a loaner while my car was being serviced. Thanks to Debbie and Tia Hamilton. More

I have given a review of all (GREAT) marks, because the level of customer service was Excellent. My salesperson Debbie Absolam, was absolutely a Godsend. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeabl level of customer service was Excellent. My salesperson Debbie Absolam, was absolutely a Godsend. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the vehicles and had a presence of honesty about her. I felt that I was in good hands, when I heard her speak and explain the different processes involved in purchasing the car. Debbie helped to calm my nerves a great deal and helped me to see the great deal that I was getting in purchasing my new 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS. I am so glad that I took her advice and purchased the vehicle, as I am now totally in love with my new car!!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, but I must truly say, that it was Debbie Absolam's personality and professionalism that sealed the car deal for me. Sometimes when going to purchase a new car at a dealership, there are feelings of caution, because you don't want to be "taken for a financial ride", I didn't feel that way at all with my Sales rep. I would fully recommend Long Island City Hyundai to my friends and family, but more specifically, I would recommend Debbie Absolam to be their sales rep. Excellent Job! More

After visiting many Hyundai dealers and researching on the computer I went on the Costco site where I was recommended to Long Island City Hyundai. Where i met Debbie Absolam she was very friendly and later found her to be honest with everything she said. There was no pressure with the sale which I found in other dealers. She got in contact with my insurance and handled the paperwork. She introduced me to her Sales Manager Micheal Romano who was the friendliest Sales Manager ( unfriendly Sale Managers was the most turn off of the other dealers i went to) after deciding on a price that was acceptable to me I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata More

A pleasant receptionist greets each visitor, and asks if help is needed. She immediately pages the salesperson to assist the customer. On my first visit, I spoke with Debbie and asked her to contact me should she have a pre-owned car in my price range. a short time later, she described a car that she felt would suit my needs and was in my price range. I came in on 3/16 and found the car to be to my liking. we proceeded to secure necessary paperwork, deposit, etc. On 3/17/13, I returned with balance due, and was able to drive the car home. Debbie was most polite, very helpful, with a pleasant personality. She was very kind and most importantly, respectful. The manager, Israel, was also very efficient in securing, insurance, loan, etc. I have no complaints with Hundai Long Island City. Lucy Walsh More

Debbie made my shopping for a car fun and easy. She was very patient with me and very understanding. She was probably one of the best car salesman i had in a very long time. Everyone that I dealt with was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Damion was especially helpful with my financing and Debbie and Alain were life savers. I lease a car every three years my last experience with Paragon Honda was so bad I gave LIC Hyundai a hard time. I wanted to see every number to see how they came up with a lease amount. Not only were they upfront with all the numbers they give me other options they never pushing anyone on me. I checked with other Hyundai dealer and price wise no one could come close to LIC Hyundai Mike Romano give me a price I couldn’t refuse. When it came time to actually pick up the car, no last minute sales pitches to try and sell me. I was excited to ring a loud bell because I got a great deal. I love driving my 2013 Sonata SE with Nav. More
