I shopped several Hyundai dealers. When I called in to speak to Delilah, she was gone that day. My call was forwarded to Criss Castle, a very informative, well-spoken sales manager who sent me the origin speak to Delilah, she was gone that day. What I appreciated most was the combination of Delilah's attempts to reach me and the support of her managers in her absence. Criss was the most straight forward car dealer I have ever had a conversation with. She was delightful and resourceful. She provided the Elantra pricing, joked with me and took the time to get to know about my family. The best thing was that she congratulated me on my daughters' success and we shared college stories. She bought her son an Elantra so I felt my choice was solid. The Hyundai was important, but it is safe to say that I trusted the information and it became a pleasant purchase experience. Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We agreed to a fair price, and she did everything to assist me through the transaction (insurance change, etc.) She showed me how to operate the features of the car, including pairing my phone to the bluetooth. Even after the sale, she followed-up to make sure all was ok. I dread going to car dealers to buy a car, but my experience with Debbie and the management at LIC Hyundai was great beyond my expectations. Debbie and Oscar Sanchez gave me advice about how to get the most car for my buck and I was able to drive off the same day in my Hyundai Accent due to their honesty, patience and advice. They even helped me get insurance. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to purchase a car I strongly recommend that your first stop be the Long Island City Hyundai Dealership.
