I would recommend Debbie Burgess only. She should be given a raise or a monthly bonus. Ed Toto lost the sale that should have been hers because he was too aggressive. He didn't believe that I had studied all the Blue Book information after telling him directly that I had done all my homework and knew all the numbers. I was ready to buy and he lost the sale. Analyzing the customer, no matter what the market dictates, is a skill that was not used. I walked away because of his insulting quote and his obnoxious manner. Apparently he is not the staff member who normally determines the Trade-In value. If that is true, select another staff member for that responsibility.
I purchased a Toyota, Venza, XLE Hybrid from another dealership.
