Efficient, friendly and the salesmen (Frank) took every photo i requested and I requested ALOT! Generally my sales experience was excellent! The only issue came from the service department…. Appa photo i requested and I requested ALOT! Generally my sales experience was excellent! The only issue came from the service department…. Apparently after changing the oil the tech forgot to reset the service indicator resulting in the car requesting an oil service days after delivery. Frank insist that’s the case but the car has no dipstick to verify so I’m not wagering an engine. Sloane doesn’t seem interested in covering an oil service. Oh well More

Ed Toto lost the sale that should have been hers because he was too aggressive. He didn't believe that I had studied all the Blue Book information after telling him directly that I had done all my homework and knew all the numbers. I was ready to buy and he lost the sale. Analyzing the customer, no matter what the market dictates, is a skill that was not used. I walked away because of his insulting quote and his obnoxious manner. Apparently he is not the staff member who normally determines the Trade-In value. If that is true, select another staff member for that responsibility. I purchased a Toyota, Venza, XLE Hybrid from another dealership. More
