Debbie Burgess was fantastic! The overall dealership lacked significantly in making me as the customer feel valued. This was shown in the lack attention as I walked into the deale The overall dealership lacked significantly in making me as the customer feel valued. This was shown in the lack attention as I walked into the dealership, finding someone to assist me in connecting with Debbie, and being told by Debbie’s finance person, as I was attempting to negotiate pricing, that because I was interested in one of their top selling models that the lack of my business would not effect them at all. I completely understand that his reasoning being “since Covid, the days of customers being able to negotiate price have reversed in favor of the dealerships” but an attempt to garner my business would have been more professional. I normally don’t take the time to fill out these surveys but I thought it would benefit Debbie as I feel the finance person detrimentally impacted her opportunity to close a sale. More
