My overall experience was great. I came down from Doylestown just by myself to look at a used BMW X5. I had talked to Deb on the phone before coming to see the vehicle so I knew who I came down from Doylestown just by myself to look at a used BMW X5. I had talked to Deb on the phone before coming to see the vehicle so I knew who to ask for when I got there. The Vehicle was already out front of the building ready and waiting for me. W took a quick drive and I was ready to talk about the purchase. I was given fair money for my trade in vehicle and was totally happy with what you we asking for the X5. I had to wait a while to speak with a financial guy but even that was a great experience. I definitely felt like every one I interacted with was excited and happy for me. They all wanted to make sure my purchase worked out which it did. I have a very very happy wife. She loves her new car. I am a little sad that it’s not a Toyota but it is a great vehicle. It’s the first non-Toyota we have owned in the past almost 20 years More
