I am relatively new to the automobile industry but not brand new to this dealership or the Volvo brand. I have been a Volvo owner and our family has purchased 4 pre-owned cars from this dealership. I retired from a 25 year career with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. In this second chapter career it was important for me to trust who I work with, love the product and still have an opportunity to work with and help people. My husband Jeff is one of the pastors at Crossings Community Church and our blended family includes 5 kiddos ages 16-27, a Son-In Law, Daughter In-Law, 2 dogs and a cat. I was a single Mom for almost 14 years and remember very well how scary navigating finances and big decisions can be. I will be honest with you and won't pressure you into a decision. The dealership has a warm look and feel that completely washes over you when you walk in, but this quickly takes a backseat as soon as you meet the staff. The people here MAKE the business. As someone who has spent most of his career in dealerships, I found myself having to remind myself where I was. Debbie, our sales specialist, made us feel at home right away. The sales manager, Kale, took total care with any concerns we had as if we were guests in they’re own home. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, the people, and the Volvo brand based on this experience. More

Volvo of Oklahoma City was by far the best dealership I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. Debbie is an amazing human being who wipes out that dealership dread that so many of us have experienced. She has an upbeat, "can do" attitude and she went out of her way to help me get exactly what I dealership dread that so many of us have experienced.
