I've been getting my car fiixed at this dealership's service shop for nearly 17 years. I have purchased 3 of my 4 Subarus here and Debbie has sold me 2 of them. Not only are the cars reliable, the bra service shop for nearly 17 years. I have purchased 3 of my 4 Subarus here and Debbie has sold me 2 of them. Not only are the cars reliable, the brand trustworthy, and the staff friendly, Debbie is knowledgeable and straight forward and I trust her completely when it comes to buying a car. Most recently, I purchased a used Subaru for my daughter who just started driving. The entire staff made it an experience that she will never forget. Debbie got her car ready and put a big bow on it and I had told my daughter that I had forgotten something at the shop when I brought my car in for an oil change. My daughter was absolutely shocked and the entire staff were smiling and cheering for her. It went perfectly and I am so grateful for them. The really cool thing is, the car is used and they didn't make a whole lot - if anything - from the sale. They treated us like family and didn't care about how much we spent, they just wanted it to be a great experience and wanted to be sure that we were provided with a safe and reliable car for a first time driver. They were so helpful! In my lifetime car buying history, I have only dealt with a dealership once before, so I don't have a lot of experience with that nor good memories. So it was a pleasant surprise at the genuine helpfulness of Carter Subaru and Debbie. It made the car buying experience a lot more gratifying and exciting! More

This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Carter Subaru in 20 years. Aside from Subarus being top of the line, the dealership and staff do a great job. The last 2 times I’ve purchased cars I was able to take 20 years. Aside from Subarus being top of the line, the dealership and staff do a great job. The last 2 times I’ve purchased cars I was able to take care pretty much everything prior to going in so I didn’t have to spend all day in the dealership (one of the things I despise most!). Debbie was wonderful- she listened to my needs, understood what I wanted, and came up with solutions for me when the car that I wanted they did not have. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient - she was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. I have always- and will continue to- take my carbon for service at the dealership as well because I know that I can trust them. I won’t go anywhere else! Signed, A loyal and happy client More
