I have bought many vehicles from many dealerships, but found working with Debbie one of the more pleasant experiences I have had when buying a vehicle. Her friendly attitude helped us get into the vehicl found working with Debbie one of the more pleasant experiences I have had when buying a vehicle. Her friendly attitude helped us get into the vehicle we wanted, and once we purchased it, her help setting it up was personal and exemplary. We have since recommended family to see her when they were looking for a vehicle and she treated them with the same courtesy and help she showed my wife and I. I have also brought my Camaro in for service and found the service department very helpful and efficient. More

Other dealers/salespeople wanted to sell me what they had. Not Debbie. She listens, understands and then finds your ideal car. Price negotiations were fair and resonable. Debbie knows the product, knows how to treat people and works her butt off to make a sale.(No, we are not related)I shopped at 4 different dealrs before buying my new traverse. Recently my mother purchased a new car from Jennings Chevrolet in Glenview, IL. She is 85 years old and had a car previously purchased at Jennings that was 15 years old. It had been totaled due to an a Chevrolet in Glenview, IL. She is 85 years old and had a car previously purchased at Jennings that was 15 years old. It had been totaled due to an accident. She was shopping around at different dealerships and decided to come back to Jennings because she had purchased her other car there. Immediately upon entering the showroom we started to look around at cars. We approached a saleswomen in the showroom to ask a few questions. She then took us to her office and from that point on we were treated with the highest quality of professionalism. My mother being an elderly person, had serious trepidation about the idea of spending money for a new car and the whole process of doing so. Debbie, put my mother at great ease with her warmth and great sense of humor. The entire process of buying the car from Debbie, to the final paper work with the accountant went smoothly and without a hitch. I really can't say enough great things about our experience at Jennings! We will definitely be back in the future. More

Debbie makes the car buying experience fun. After buying a Chevy from her last August, 2010, we came back in March to buy another car from her. While purchasing the second vehicle for my father, who got the a Chevy from her last August, 2010, we came back in March to buy another car from her. While purchasing the second vehicle for my father, who got the flu the day of buying, Debbie did everything she could to expedite the transaction and make him as comfortable as possible. Debbie is the best! We have bought our last 3 cars from her and so long as she continues to work there, I will continue to buy from them. She has gone above and beyond and helped us track down the last ca her and so long as she continues to work there, I will continue to buy from them. She has gone above and beyond and helped us track down the last car we needed as they were out of stock. They had it shipped in from a different dealership from Tennessee. At first, we couldn't find it anywhere, but Debbie kept on it (even without our urging) and called us a couple of weeks later when what we needed became available. I really can't say enough great things about our experience here and it's due in a very large part to the service we get from Debbie Ress. More

Debbie Ress was the reason I purchased my 2009 Equinox at Jennings Chevrolet in Glenview, Illinois. I knew a little about the Equinox, but I was not sure if it was the time to purchase a new SUV. She assessed what my needs were and recommended the perfect model for me. She was very professional, smart, and so friendly, I liked her immediately. She helped me with the finance details so that I got the best deal to be had. I am a middle age female and with her support I was able to make the entire transaction independently as my husband was out of town. He said, "do you want to wait until I am home?" No, I think this is a good deal, I told him. It was! If it were not for Debbie, I would never have made such a major purchase on my own. I trusted her then and I would again. WHEN I need my next car, I will go where ever she is and buy my next vehicle from her only. I did not know her before the day I walked into the show room, but feel fortuate I did.
