I don't appreciate how you always try to up-sale. I took the car in for an oil change and you called and said the car could use break work - the car, purchased from you, only has 18K miles on it. Now, what's peculiar about all of this is that I received a follow-up letter from you that said the car needed Engine work. Make up your mind, what does it need? If it needs anything other than what I brought it in for. Also, the scheduling process was a nightmare, if you pick a standard service, but you want to add something else (like windshield wipers), then provide an opportunity to do so. Lastly, I tried to schedule online, couldn't add an additional service, then called. The person I spoke to called me and put me on the schedule. Then someone else called me back to say the person that put me on the schedule made a mistake. Not a good customer service experience at all from start to finish! More
