I found a Q5 on Auto-Trader listed by Stuart Audi that met all my needs. I contacted the dealer and informed them I was from another state and asked how they handle buyers from out of state. The informed met all my needs. I contacted the dealer and informed them I was from another state and asked how they handle buyers from out of state. The informed me that they handle everything up front, tax, title, registration, etc. I arrived the next day after a 12 hour drive to find that they added around $2000 in fees (dealer prep fees, electronic file fee, and so on) to the price of the vehicle. I stated that all fees are required to be included in the advertised price, however, their response to me was "no, we don't work that way, and all of these fees are standard". Also, they lowered the advertised price before I arrived and when I asked about that, they told me "no, you pay the advertised price when you inquired about the car". Even better, I get a bill from the DMV for almost $600. I called Audi Stuart's title person and she said all that money I paid for registration (close to $600) was for agency fees. Then they had the nerve to mail me a check for 30 bucks for refund. I have bought several luxury cars, and this was by far the most pathetic, dishonest experience I have ever had to endure. More
