my husband went to the dealership and met with Debra, and set up an appointment to buy our leased car.. we arrived for our appointmentand she was with another customer, so we didn't bother her she finally c set up an appointment to buy our leased car.. we arrived for our appointmentand she was with another customer, so we didn't bother her she finally came over and took our keys for the service dept to check the car..and then nothing.. after an hour my husband get up and went to her and asked about our appointment she replied to him she was with another customer and we just had to wait.. I saw there was a sales manager office so I went to his office and let him know that we had been there for over an hour and we had a 10 am appointment. Blank look., no apology no nothing . he was worthless... but finally another lady came and took our info .. at 1230 or later after 2 and a half hours we finally entered the office of the financial manager. he begins to ask if we wanted an extended warranty. he told my husband it was for 3 years but expired in 2 yrs and 5 months.. he had no reason or idea why just told us that the computer was right and you don't question the computer .. it is what it is.. so my husband got very upset.. signed the papers and we left.. follow up the financial manager did call and tried to explain what happened about the warranty.. and the dealership would honor the 3 years Last 7 months only if we take car there for service... I have no issues with the service department they are great .. my car is well cared for there ..But we also travel and if the car broke down in another state we are liable for all the repairs that fall during our warranty coverage....so still not happy.. More
