Great overall experience. Really enjoyed working with Debra. She is very knowledgeable about the cars. Great Communication and Service! I am so very pleased with my new Audi A4 and the process that took place for me to have this wonderful vehicle. Debra Newman was wonderful througho I am so very pleased with my new Audi A4 and the process that took place for me to have this wonderful vehicle. Debra Newman was wonderful throughout the sale process. Thoroughly explaining the features and benefits of the A4. She was patient and understanding. We were able to finalize the deal due to Debra's re-working of the numbers and the buyout for my Malibu lease. I would definitely recommend Debra and Stuart Audi to my family and friends. More

So I made a reservation several days out. At least 4. I mentioned to mike that I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Stuart. An A7 , S5 and Q7. I mentioned that I needed a loaner and that I was thinking of ge mentioned to mike that I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Stuart. An A7 , S5 and Q7. I mentioned that I needed a loaner and that I was thinking of getting rid of the Q7 and would like to try a Q8. He said that he couldn’t offer that and that I could bring the car in in like 3 days. I brought the car in and got a smelly rental Car. I then called to find out when the car would be ready and after asking several questions Mike tells me the car hasn’t gone in yet. They had the car for 1 day at this point. I ask why do you make appointments then ? He says well some people are in greater need to get a quick turnaround, like waiters . Ok. Good. I have purchased 3 cars. The last one the A 7 I paid cash for and I’m still getting letters from Audi wanting aa turn in fee of like $390 and and excessive wear fee of $100. That’s a joke because the car I turned in off a 3 year lease had 20,000 miles and wheel protection. Debra in sales has told us 3 times she would take care of this and we keep getting letters. So suffice it to say I think your whole operation is weak. More

The experience at Stuart Audi was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful during the couple of weeks it took to purchase the car that I really wanted. Sales people were never pushy they gave me the spac so nice and helpful during the couple of weeks it took to purchase the car that I really wanted.
