I walked in having a not so good experience at a different dealership not knowing what I was going to get here. Was recommended by a friend to come here and I did. Worked with a gentleman that was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but patient. Test drove a few vehicles and realized that I found what I wanted. Everyone there was amazing. They treated me with utmost respect and were as excited for me as I was. Am looking forward to working with them in the future. More

"Service Repair I think North Country Ford is one of the best dealship! We bought a new 2013 C-Max from this dealership. We have had several recalls which all were I think North Country Ford is one of the best dealship! We bought a new 2013 C-Max from this dealership. We have had several recalls which all were fixed free of charge. This year we had a few problems with our lift gate motor and lift gate latch both were replaced. We bought a 100,000 mile warranty which I highly advice to buy when you buy a new car. Thank you for all your great service North Country Ford. Dee Coghill you are the best!!! Irene Krumm More

Lavona's experience My husband and I came into North Country For with the idea of just looking around and possibly taking a car for a test drive. We were met by Dee Goghi My husband and I came into North Country For with the idea of just looking around and possibly taking a car for a test drive. We were met by Dee Goghill. We explained to Dee what we were interested in, which was the 2015 Ford Escape and he took us out to show them to us. The first car Dee showed us was exactly what we were looking for, even in the color I was interested in. He explained everything to me very patiently, in great detail. Then he let us take it out for a test drive. There was no pressure put on us, which we appreciated. Needless to say, we bought the Ford Escape and took it home with us that afternoon. So much for just looking around. We are very pleased with it and appreciated everyone's help and courteously. More
