Last 8 years, good service relations. Needed new tires. Recommended tires installed and “Dealer Basic Inspection” form showed all was fine. Car produced howling sound when on the highway upon leaving. 9 days later car returned for correction. Dealer had it for 7 days; told me no safety issue, possible front brake problem and still howl persisted. 2 weeks later car again returned for correction, for whatever was needed (like maybe brakes?). Dealer had it for 7 days. replaced 2 tires and said all was fine. Still tire howl. Meanwhile, I scratched and dented loaner car fender, which needed repair. Conclusion: Still howling sound, nominal $1,000 tire replacement now approaching $4,000. Must admit the tires do hold the road better than former tires.
