I find their communication excellent. I live a long drive from White Bear Subaru so I have to wait for my car. Since my car is newer, some of my services take longer than an average visit (for example software updates). They don't sugar coat it. So I come prepared to sit and read etc. Their fresh ground coffee is excellent! Try it! More
