Terrible, after 6+ years of service I’m never going back. During the years of owning my Subaru Outback that I purchased new in the autumn of 2004 at White Bear Acura Subaru, my Outback continues to appear to remain in "mint condition." The only mistake the dealership continues to make is their failure to showcase in their TV commercials the fine features and benefits that their amazing Service Department provides their customers. During one of my scheduled service visits, a man, whose last name is Luther, approached me and apologized for how the back bumper of my Outback had been lightly dinged while it was awaiting an oil and filter change. He then instructed the Service Department to replace the entire bumper at no cost to me. They should have Nicole Love, one of their many loyal and talented Service Department associates, appear in their many TV commercials, to tell her personal story about why years ago she chose White Bear Acura Subaru to be her place of employment. You can buy a Subaru from any one of many dealerships. But when you have it serviced, you can always trust that White Bear Acura Subaru will properly service it in a manner that gives you true peace of mind and well-being. - Paul Johnson, Columbia Heights More
