I'm not sure I would recommend this service center at this point given the miscommunication and the fact that we had to bring the car back several times to get the full repair done. In the end the car this point given the miscommunication and the fact that we had to bring the car back several times to get the full repair done. In the end the car was probably repaired at least for the repair in which it was brought the torque converter. However some other things that broke in the process or was apparently needed to be fixed or nearly broken and therefore broke during the repair. Those items may not have been fixed that being a power steering pump. More

I walked around in cool damp weather (due to corona virus) for an hour and a half, returned and found my car hadn't even gone into the shop. I had other commitments that day as well so it was just inconvenient and NOT urgent but they said they had a deadline to get my radio/core switched out or Subaru would charge them $900. That seemed ridiculous and unyielding considering the social distancing restrictions in Minnesota. So I feel like i went there to help them out with the corporation but I was made to wait two hours instead of one. More

All the people that I have interacted with at Subaru have been superb. I have highlighted the people I have worked with, and I admire their dedication to their work, and how they have treated me. Coil Recall Over 70, during "stay at home" re virus, Subaru picked up my Forester for coil recall and returned it under 2 hr. Watched as they sanitized inside a Over 70, during "stay at home" re virus, Subaru picked up my Forester for coil recall and returned it under 2 hr. Watched as they sanitized inside and out in my driveway. WBL Subaru is the BEST! More
