After receiving no contacts I called again this morning. I scheduled an appointment to have the car checked again. Why doesn't your staff respond to a customer when a problem is brought to your attention?. That only raises the frustration level of the customer. This is a big no-no in my own company. I am scheduled for Wednesday morning. The question is what are you going to do about this?
