The Serve people got me right in, showed me the waiting room, serviced the car completely, shared recommendations for the rest of the season, and had me on my way in about an hour. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. The service man showed me how to reconnect my phone to the car since I had "killed" the connections earlier this year. I live in far west Texas, but am in the area every year so like to schedule one of the recommended service times with the folks that sold me the car. More

Since we had a problem with water intrusion from the area of the sunroof that overflowed into the head liner along the front door pillars we chose to use the dealership to diagnose/service this problem as well as complete the 45,000 mile recommended service. Time will tell whether the water leak is resolved, but the service process went smoothly. Price is higher than a local shop, but quality of work has always been really good and they have a very nice facility. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and helpful. More
