Poor service for A/C issue This service center had my car for over 5 hours and could not diagnose what was making my A/C stop working. Within 3 min. of driving my unrepaired ca This service center had my car for over 5 hours and could not diagnose what was making my A/C stop working. Within 3 min. of driving my unrepaired car off the lot the A/C failed. When I took it right back to the service center, it took another hour to tell me I needed a $1600+ repair that would take a week or more to do as parts needed to be ordered. The 3 stars are for the nice and efficient treatment I received from the service agent and the pleasant ambience of the waiting area. More

generous with loaner during service My service rep was quick to agree to provide a loaner which was very helpful for me during the multi-day repair. He did not complain when I had take the loaner out of town, and even upgraded to a larger loaner vehicle to accommodate my family needs. He communicated progress via text and worked with Subaru to negotiate the repair coverage which was awesome! I was very happy with the outcome. More

Accurate Diagnosis We left the east coast to drive to MN for a 2-months' stay when, driving through the Appalachian Mountains, our car started rattling. No engine lights We left the east coast to drive to MN for a 2-months' stay when, driving through the Appalachian Mountains, our car started rattling. No engine lights but when we turned it on the car wouldn't stop rattling. We took it to Luther White Bear Acura Subaru and within an hour the technicians diagnosed the problem, AND found out that it was covered by the original warrenty before 80K miles (the car was at 72K !!!). Scheduled & waited 3 hours in the comfort of their waiting room....Bingo! Fixed. I was so impressed. We will always come back when we are in your area when we need you! Thank you a million times over for your polite, courteous & thorough repairs. More
