Good warranty service The service center accepted the diagnosis from my usual mechanic about a bad oxygen sensor, and investigated beyond that to find that the catalytic co The service center accepted the diagnosis from my usual mechanic about a bad oxygen sensor, and investigated beyond that to find that the catalytic converter needed replacement. The parts were on order, and they were very flexible and easy to schedule with. They washed and cleaned the car for the diagnostic visit -- a nice touch. The final work went exactly as they said. They were a pleasure to do business with. More

An excellent service center experience! I came in with electrical problems on my 2015 Forester and expected the worst but Dee patiently walked me through exactly what they planned to do and I came in with electrical problems on my 2015 Forester and expected the worst but Dee patiently walked me through exactly what they planned to do and how long it was going to take. Not only did it take significantly less time than expected but the problem was not nearly as severe as I'd feared. Dee explained exactly what work had been done, detailing how the problem was fixed. I've never had such a positive experience in a service shop and Dee definitely represented the dealership in an exemplary way! More

Great team! I brought my Forrester in for the 45000 mile check. Lucky I did because the rear brakes needed to be replaced. The times that I had my car repaired there it was always less than the initial quote for things like it didn't take as long as expected or for parts that were not required. A huge thing for me is they do not try to sell or service things you don't want. They bring up certain issues but just saying no is enough for them. More

Check Engine Light Check engine light was fixed on the first visit ant no cost on my 2016 Outback by replacing the gas cap. It came back on a few days later, but there was no time in the work schedule. He arranged for a date at my convenience (driving the car in the meantime would do no harm) and a loaner. Techs could not find a definitive fix, but the light is out. Dee is the one I want to deal with. More
