I always had great service from them so when I decided I needed something newer I purchased a 2012 Forester from their used cars. Recently I took my Forester in for it's first oil change since I purchased it. I asked them to also check out a couple of annoying noises. They found the problems quickly and fixed one immediately but because I couldn't wait on the other longer fix for the second issue they gave me assurance that I could safely drive my Forester until I could return. And did I mention that this first oil change was free since I bought my Forester at White Bear? More

The service admin said they were still working out the logistics for their new facility. The work was generally fine, including the complimentary multi point inspections. They even honored a coupon that had expired a couple of weeks ago. Opted for the car wash which was good except for the stubborn soap film spots on the windshield (probably the result of sitting in the sun for half an hour). More

Dee was able to find a way to help compensate for some of the cost since the diagnostic didn't show a leak. When I came back to have another look at the A/C, Donovan Brummond, the service manager, offered to contact the factory to see if there was anything they could do since it was determined that a new part would be needed. This resulted in a generous response. What most impressed me about the whole experience was how fair, quick and professional the process was. More
