He tried to offer us a low interest rate but the payments were not adding up so we were glad we decided to stick with our own bank. More

I purchased a F250 Super Duty P/U from Vernon Auto Group and was given a very nice salesman by the name of Deiter Brannon. He was always there to answer any question I had about the out of state sale. He and was given a very nice salesman by the name of Deiter Brannon. He was always there to answer any question I had about the out of state sale. He over night me the paperwork to close the deal and it worked out very well. I was a little afraid at first to purchase and out of state vehicle but Deiter explained all the details of this sale to me and it worked out pretty good. Since I was not able to fly down to pick up the truck, I had it transported to me here in California. I received the truck and I am very happy with it. After I received it Deiter called and ask me if everything was ok with the truck and I told him it was and I was so happy to finally see my truck. He had the girl in the technical department call me to go over any details about the truck that I needed to know about. She was very nice and helpful and told me to call her anytime with any questions that I may have about the truck. More

After months of internet shopping and doing research on the exact Ford F-150 I wanted, I was having a very difficult time finding the exact vehicle that I wanted. I particularly wanted a 2013 model in orde the exact Ford F-150 I wanted, I was having a very difficult time finding the exact vehicle that I wanted. I particularly wanted a 2013 model in order to take advantage of better rebates but still have the features that I wanted. Finally I found a vehicle with all of the features I wanted on EBay listed with Vernon Auto Group. I was redirected to the Vernon Auto Group web site and to my surprise they had numerous vehicles meeting all of the features and packages that I wanted. Not only did the vehicles have all of the features I wanted but the prices were very reasonable. I immediately inquired about the vehicle that night via email and had a prompt response by Deiter Fannon by the next morning. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle and it's features and was able to answer all of my requests. He was very helpful in communicating with the staff from the bank on all of the financing and required paperwork. Trade in appraisal was very prompt and the offer was absolutely fair. Arrangements were made to have a spray in bed liner installed by a local contractor and Dieter kept me informed on all of the details and the progress during the installation. (even sent photos afterwards) I live approxiamately 6 1/2 hours away from the dealership so travel arrangements had to be made. Dieter assured me that everything would be taken care of and the paperwork and vehicle would be ready on my arrival. On our arrival of the dealership we were greeted by Deiter and staff. They were very polite and courteous. As promised, the vehicle was full of fuel, washed/waxed and ready to drive off the lot. Paperwork was ready to sign. I have to honestly say, this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Definitely a NO HASSLE dealership with guaranteed low prices and great service. I would recommend Vernon Auto Group to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the service and the prices. I honestly didn't know I was purchasing a vehicle the day I bought my buick, but my husband found it called about it, and did the financing on it, Before we knew it we just bought a car.
