I recently purchased a new Ford Raptor, to tell you that I was surprised with my experience would be an understatement. Having been in the auto industry for a decade and a half you get a pretty good feel fo I was surprised with my experience would be an understatement. Having been in the auto industry for a decade and a half you get a pretty good feel for the "gray" areas of the business. My deal was fair and was conducted primarily over the phone after I called regarding a vehicle had found online. My salesperson was courteous, never misleading, and proactive with the entire process from greeting me at the door to delivery. The finance experience was excellent, I expected to see a bump in the finance rate, not there. Same bump in price of warranty or other back end products....nope. To my surprise this was the most up front best experience I have ever had. I have sold so many vehicles in my life under the falsehood of what a good deal really is, that this experience really hit home with me. It's no wonder Vernon sells cars all over the Permian Basin and West Texas. You guys deserve it. Anyone that is not shopping with you is forfeiting the opportunity to get the best deal and the best experience in the Automotive Industry. More

This is just an outstanding dealership! If you want to buy a new truck, car, whatever you want! If it has 4 wheels they can probably get it! I hate those guys! I drove 6 hours to get to Vernon Auto Group, I'd drive further just to know I'd get the same satisfaction on a vehicle purchase again. All the staff at Vernon Auto Group are just great people who make you feel at home! They have my future business! I'll be referring as many people as I can. More

My experience with the Vernon Auto Group personnel was very good. I called prior to arrival and the vehicles I had requested to see were setting in place for my review when I arrived. Due having neck surgery a few years back, along with titanium rods and plates being placed along my spinal column, I have had a difficult time riding for any length of time in a pickup truck. Due to the work I am in, I pull a dual axel trailer quite often and across long distances. After suffering a lot of pain after my last long distance trip, I decided to find an SUV that would be able to pull the trailer and give me as close to a car like ride as possible. I searched locally and on-line for approximately three months before coming across Vernon Auto Group on line. I met several other dealers and always felt that they were just after whatever they could sell me, not really a pleasant experience. I have purchased two other vehicles this past year. Neither of these dealerships were able to meet my needs for this vehicle. My wife and one of my daughters found a 2007 Hummer H2 on-line that would meet my requirements and most importantly fell into the mileage and price range that we needed it to fall into. I shot off an email and received a personal reply from Deiter Brannon. He was very courteous and very helpful in answering questions. Since I live a good 2 ½ hour drive from Vernon, I was concerned that the distance would be an issue. Long story short, Deiter met us the first time my wife and I went to see the vehicle. He was again courteous and helpful. Upon inspection the vehicle had a few minor issues, as most seven year old vehicles do. I wanted to see all these minor issues resolved before seriously considering purchasing the vehicle. Deiter said that they would be corrected and they were. He and I spoke multiple times over the few weeks I mulled over the vehicle to make sure that I was getting the correct vehicle to meet my needs. He listened and came through on everything. He also had the vehicle delivered to me to save me another trip. A Hummer H2 is not for everyone but it has met my needs and rides as I needed it to ride. Deiter and the Vernon Auto Group did everything they said they would do and more. After the past three months of searching for the right SUV, I am extremely happy that I came across the Vernon Auto Group and Deiter. I whole heartedly recommend both Deiter Brannon and Vernon Auto Group for your next vehicle purchase. More

This was the best "no nonsense" auto purchase I ever made and I have bought many over my life time. Everything was done professionally and to order.
