Hello Wilfredo, We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your concerns. We want to clarify a few important details for transparency. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was sold AS-IS, clearly outlined and agreed upon in writing. You also declined to purchase an extended service contract for added protection. After several weeks of ownership without any communication regarding concerns, we reached out to you as soon as we became aware of your review. At that point, you had already taken the vehicle to another dealership. We then offered to perform the necessary repairs ourselves at a significantly reduced cost, approximately $1,000 less, and were willing to assist further with only partial participation on your end. We understand unexpected vehicle issues can be frustrating, but we made a good faith effort to provide a cost effective solution. We remain open to working with you and encourage you to contact us directly so we can still try to resolve this matter together.

I took the vehicle to another dealership, but I did so at your specific request. I had offered to bring the vehicle to you so that you could verify the fault yourselves, but you told me—due to the distance—to take it to that other dealership instead. Furthermore, you offered me a vehicle that was supposedly in excellent condition—one that you claimed to have inspected and even serviced, including a complete fluid change—none of which turned out to be true. I purchased the vehicle from you with the confidence that I was making a sound investment with a trustworthy dealership; however, that is not the experience I am currently having. As I mentioned, you only reached out once you saw that my initial review was negative. It is frustrating to be obligated to pay $36,000 for a damaged vehicle, only to now find myself compelled to invest an additional $4,500. This suggests that you do not properly inspect your vehicles before selling them—a fact compounded by the impression you give that you care about buyer reviews, which also appears to be untrue. I had to call Mr. Rangel repeatedly over the course of several days, only for him to finally respond by telling me that his "assistance" consisted of me paying the $4,500 to cover the damages myself
