I know what I was looking for and John Collas went above and beyond getting the truck I wanted. John didn't have the truck I wanted on the lot but found the one I wanted in the New England area. They did everthing from soup to nuts. Got my plow, plastic wheel wells, rubber floor mats and vent visors installed. John and Dell Roderick (Sales Manager) worked hard to get me all the Ford Rebates and top dollar for my trade. After the deal was done I sat with Shane Convoy (Finance Manager) it went through all the paper work. Shane made it seemless process. I would highly recommend Colonial Ford in Plymouth. More

Always a wonderful experience! I purchased a car from Colonial Ford in 2014 and it was a great experience. I just recently brought that car to the collision center and had told the I purchased a car from Colonial Ford in 2014 and it was a great experience. I just recently brought that car to the collision center and had told the gentleman who was there when we dropped it off that I wanted to trade it in but I just didn't think they would be able to make it work for me. To my surprise, he had passed that on to his manager who in turn, went to the Sales Manager. A few days later I received a phone call from the salesman who sold me the car originally. I told him I was doubtful that they could make it work for me, but I told him the three different makes of vehicles I was interested in, plus all of my requirements for the vehicle. He called me the next day and said someone had just traded in the exact vehicle I had requested. Needless to say they helped me trade in my car which I had a strong desire to get rid of, and found me the perfect car. Two things that have particularly stood out to me about Colonial Ford is their honesty and integrity. There have been two times where they promised me something (even though it was probably small and meaningless to them), both times they came through with their promise. I would highly recommend going to Colonial. Even if you dont think they have what you are looking for, I am sure they can find it as they did for me both times (the first time they found it at an auction in NY for me). I also love their service department. I have been in there numerous times for general maintenance and Joe is always kind, friendly, and understanding! More
