He had extensive knowledge of the Ford Mustang and was able to answer all of my questions. John went to great lengths to locate the car that met all of the criteria I wanted, promptly delivered on the vehicle and stayed in constant contact throughout. Dell was very professional during our negotiating and did well to break down the payments on the car so I knew exactly who was getting what. What I liked most about dealing with Ford is that the price you agree on is the "out the door price", tax, registration, delivery… everything! Very simple. They found me some great rebates and came down quite a bit on the asking price. I got a good deal. Shane took the appropriate time to explain all the paperwork as I signed for the car. There turned out to be a limit on how much I could put down but Shane and Dell established a viable solution and honored the price we had agreed on. More
