My husband and I are enjoying our new Ford Escape and are completely satisfied with our experience with Colonial Ford. Not only did Del and Art take care of the mountain of paperwork but Art personally deli completely satisfied with our experience with Colonial Ford. Dell figured out price options for me and then Frank figured out the financing. I was very happy with how fast everything went and how I ended up with the product I wanted, the price I wanted and the financing I wanted. I felt that he truly wanted me to be a long term Colonial customer and after today's experience I will be. Shane, who took care of the finances, was professional and again, conscientious of my time. He attempted to look for the best way to save me money while expediting the process in an efficient manner. I am extremely excited and very, very happy with my experience.
